About Ann Kiemel Anderson: Ann attended Northwestern Nazarene University. She wrote her first book, I'm Out to Change My World when she was still in her twenties. She wanted to change the world, and she did: authoring 18 books that collectively sold over 28,000,000 copies, running marathons, speaking to thousands; but, mostly, it was her one-on-one interactions with the people whose paths crossed hers that made the deepest impacts. You and I, and God, and Love, can change the world; You watch, You wait, You'll se.

I felt like I knew her as my very best friend. This was one of those books that you read in a VERY short amount of time.

The Mystery of the Ark: The Dangerous Journey to Mount Ararat (Creation Adventure Series). God's Little Dreamer. Struggling for Wholeness. I felt like I knew her as my very best friend.

I Gave God Time, Ann Kiemel. I read this book after I had been married for many years and had a single daughter in graduate school. After reading it, my desire was that all my children would give God time and allow Him to bring their mate to them

This book was very encouraging to me as a single adult waiting for a mate, so I bought this copy for my daughter to encourage her to wait for God's perfect timing.

Every time someone reads this book........Prince Charming shows up. No kidding. A group of women at my Christian Church singles group in the 80's started reading this book, one at a time. Each got married soon after, signed the book and passed it on to the next person. The original one we had is now in Ireland and has been signed by several women over the years. So I met a new friend who wants to find God's man for her and got her this book. She not only read it in 2 days, couldn't put it down and already knows who she is going to give it to next. I strongly recommend reading this book. It is very hard to find but if you can get one.........start the chain.

I love this book! It is a book I read years ago, after a friend loaned me her book. I had just broken up with my long time boyfriend. It meant the world to me that God knew who would be the best husband for me! I needed to give God time to put the right man in my life. And God did just that. Dan and I have been married for 17 years now! Ann Kiemel Anderson's journey with God through this book showed me a way I could trust God, too.

waiting on the Lord to bring that special someone to you as a spouse is much easier when you TRUST Him to bring it to pass

Meaningful Christian testimony!
I just found out that someone very dear to me died.

Many years ago someone handed me a book and said "You should read this." The impact of that single book on my life is more than I can actually explain. As a young unmarried woman, I poured over the pages of "I Gave God Time" with tears of joy and hope as I saw God working in the author's life through the pages of a book. I came to believe that I could trust God with my future. That I could give God time to give me a husband if and when He saw fit and serve Him in no matter where He moved me. In some small part, the author was influential in my marriage to my husband, in my willingness to wait for the right one, trusting God to show me the way.

The other thing that struck me about her was her insatiable desire for God. It was like a yearning that could never be filled, a fire that could never be quenched. I knew that feeling! No one had ever put into words how I felt. No one described my yearning for God quite so succinctly as she did.

Though I never met her and really didn't know much about her (til I looked her up today), I feel as if I have lost a near and dear friend.

Isn't it amazing how a book can do that? With the stroke of a pen or the clicking of a keyboard, an author becomes part of who you are, influencing the direction of your life in ways you (and probably she) never imagined.

All these things came back to me today as I read of her death. And it renewed all the more my desire to write, to share, to touch others as she and so many other authors have touched me.

I will meet you one day, Ann Kiemel Anderson, and I will tell you how you influenced a young girl's future for the Kingdom of God.

I will see you on the Other Side.
