This compilation was especially interesting for me because although I'd heard the tales of King Solomon's prowess in using sorcery over demons because in his righteousness he had invoked and secured the favor of the All Highest, and though I've read everything biblical about him and attributed to him I'd not found a version so succinct that possessed neither overtly complex spells, nor endless diatribe on the nature and disposition of the various demonic entitles Solomon bound to his command. In addition to its being both more readable and believable as a record of the king's experience, it reached this reader's heart in that after all was said and done, the Great King told those meant to receive his missive not to chance falling into the folly he fell into. Those commissioned by God to accomplish extraordinarily impressive feats might well move Heaven and Earth, but could easily be subject to and human weaknesses. In part two the Wisdom tradition speaks of Wisdom as Sophia, the Holy Spirit, and rather than have men cut down by a wrathful Supreme Deity, rather expresses Her Grace like the love of a beautiful woman, whom one would die to defend, who carresses with Her caring for everyone.

This book is a direct copy from J. Peterson's Esoteric Archives website, including some misspellings and comments. While this is a valuable text, it should acknowledge its sources.

I haven't yet finished this book but, so far, the author seems verbose and lengthy. Now that I am actually into the Book of Solomon [sic], I am enjoying reading it-with a grain of salt! I really can't say much more, hence the three star review; I plan on amending it once I have finished this book...

It's nothing I'd recommend if you're a Christian. It's a bit on the New Age side even though it was written thousands of years ago. Maybe the translations have added something to the original text?

and plan to use it for reference so I am not going to actually review this product. Amazed you have a minimum word requirement. I really don't have anything I can say yet.
So glad this important work is now in print. A valauable tool to the student of the Qabalah and the mystic traditions. Totally insightful and brilliant introduction.
