This was a book that made me really admire Danielle Steel. She is always writing books that enrich our lives and she takes us to a different world transporting us back in time. This was a very interesting book because of it was me I would divorced Steven a long time ago and would not be worried about giving him a chance to explain his self. If anyone had ever divorced me because I was pregnant and it was his child I would not put up with it all at.

I loved this book! Steve and Adrian. Steve left Adrian when he found out she was pregnant and he has counseled her to get an abortion. She couldn’t do it. Steven finally divorced her and gave up his paternal rights. Adrian met Bill Thigpen and fell in love with him and his children, Adam and Tommy. Adrian had saved Tommy from drowning on a camping trip they took to Lake Tahoe & she almost died too. Bill stayed with her during her entire pregnancy and was with her during the delivery...........

This was an interesting book with the story of two woman and two men who are in direct contrast of each other. In the beginning of the book, the first husband is a good, loving man with a selfish, unkind wife. The second couple has a husband who is no more than a fake, self indulgent individual with a naive wife constantly trying to please him. In Steele's way she brings the good together. Too bad she couldn't let the two fakes fight it out to the death.

It really isn't fair for me to review a book written by Danielle Steel because quite frankly I have never read a book by her that I did not love. This was no exception, it made me laugh, it made me cry, it made me want to punch one of the characters in the face, and I am sure that reaction was felt by all readers. Seriously, if you want a teuly wonderful love story, this is it.

Excellent story, characters with clear depth of their personalities. The feelings that each one had regarding love, commitment and responsibility really described each person. Really loved the characters of Bill's sons.

I love reading her book's but I want new ones sooner.because I have read almost all her book's.My husband gave me two of Danielle Steels books that I already read.My husband knows how much I love her book's

Adrian was not a believable character. Stephen would have been more interesting if he was only 95% villain. The story dragged in parts and I find myself wanting to skip pages. Lots of good things too, Just not my favorite Danielle Steel book.

There is still goodness & kindness out there for someone to find and treasure forever. Selfish people who only think of themselves unfortunately live in delusion all of their Life.
I have never read a book written by Danielle Steel that I didn't like and found it was hard to put down. Her characterization is very detailed and after reading it, you become attached to each person and can';t wait to pick it up again to see what happens next. There are some stories that you really attach yourself to. It might remind you of some experience you have had in the past or would like to have in the future. When I was younger, I really didn't like to read much, but now I really look forward to the quiet time and my own thoughts.
